Take care of your skin like it's your retirement fund. Save sunscreen, get sleep, use retinoids, they go a long way. 
 
Speak up. Silence never protected anyone. Your voice has value. Use it. 
 
Say no without a paragraph of explanation. No is a complete sentence. 
 
Learn to let go. 
 
Not everybody is meant to be with you. Release with love and not bitterness. 
 
You don't
have to attend every argument that you're invited to- protect your energy and not your ego. 
 
Invest in experiences over things. Memories age way better than handbags.
 
Love isn't supposed to hurt. If it costs you your peace, it's too expensive. 
 
Gratitude rewires your brain and shifts everything. It multiplies the good and it softens the hard practice. 
 
Take a daily breath. Movement is medicine, not for vanity, but for vitality. We need bones that won't break, hearts that'll pump and minds that will stay sharp. 
 
Forgiveness is for you and not them.  Carrying resentment is like drinking poison and hoping they'll get sick. 
 
Stop shrinking to make others feel comfortable. You're not too much. They may just not be enough. 
 
Boundaries are the highest form of self respect. Accept them, enforce them, keep them. 
 
Aging is a privilege and not a punishment. We have earned every line and lesson embrace solitude. It's where clarity lives. 
 
Being alone does not mean being lonely. And finally, 
 
You're not behind. You are right on time. Life doesn't have a schedule, so stop comparing your path.
