Here Are The Top 12 Symptoms of Mid-Life Stages
My experiences and symptoms were NOT any of the top 5!
My symptoms were serious concerns and heavily revolved around Brain Fog, Short term Memory Loss, Face Flushing, Fatigue, Water Retention, Mid-section Weight Gain, Dryness Everywhere and Heart Palpitations. It was awful and no one seemed to know how to direct me that felt intuitively right.

My advice to you is to keep advocating for yourself and if one doctor or professional cannot help you to your satisfaction move onto find another who will. My path was nothing short of doctors, OBGYN's, functional practitioners, herbalists, acupuncturists and women's clinics.
Unfortunately for anyone it is not a quick easy fix even when you are with the right guidance. It takes a combination of finding the right dose for you based on a combination of data from bloodwork, waiting to find out how your body responds based on how you feel, look and think! This is why the "mind, body, soul" connection is so important. If you are not tuning into your body, it becomes hard to pin-point how others can help if you
are not helping yourself first.
I can say at this point, I have finally found what I think will be the right approach for me. Time will tell. Just wanted to send a message out there to any of you who need to be reminded to be patient with yourself, know your body is capable to recover if "you" provide it the environment
it needs to flourish.
Not that I want to talk about bread here because we all know first thing for anyone to do when suffering anything is to eliminate gluten and dairy, but think about preparing to make a sour-dough bread.
Sour-dough bread is ALIVE!
Yes, unlike other breads to make sourdough starter is a living culture of wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. It is very temperamental.
Yet you may not think your body is temperamental, once we hit late 30's as those who identify as female need to begin to change habits that have worked in the past, rest more, slow down more, and nourish the home you sit in!
