this season of BLOOM and you know by now I believe in many methods of natural remedies which way are essential oils.

Lavender - Reduces allergic inflammation and
enlargement of mucus cells
Lemon - Clears sinuses and reduces congestion
Frankincense, sandalwood and ravintsara blend can alleviate symptoms of allergic rhinitis
Another way you can use essential oils during allergy season is to diffuse. Here are some blends you can ensure that are natural to breathe in and fill your home.
Outdoor Summer blend
3 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Cypress
2 Drops Lemon
Soothing Breath
3 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Rosemary
3 drops Peppermint
For those of you getting started with essential oils, let's go Back to the Basics and take a look at a simple blend good for daily use year round,
Starter Blend
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Peppermint
And for me there is nothing like VERY simple and minimalistic oils that can create a sense of harmony, relaxation and happiness in which case in this moment I choose Peppermint! Its such a clean and invigorating scent to enjoy year round.
