Here are some suggested resources and products to consider that are holistically focused to help you on your journey to "leading a holistic lifestyle."  

Surprise Surprise!  Water

Hydration is super uber important and number one to anyone's issues ever said everyone!  Smile, that is meant to strike your funny bone.  

I recommend Icelandic Glacial Natural Spring Alkaline Water.  I order to get them in bulk delivery every two weeks to make my life easier and so I never run out of excuses why I cannot get my hydration in.

Reason I choose to promote Icelandic is because I like it, it tastes good!  Well, and with good reason it has a high pH level of 8.4, the brand is positioned as a special hydrating elixir filtered for 5,000 years through layers of lava rock! 

Sourced from the Ölfus Spring. It's also the very first water bottle company to be certified carbon neutral by a permitting body.  

Don't get me wrong any water in a plastic bottle is not ideal.  However, talking quick finds and grabs for car trips in the summer- why not?

Sunscreen! I have two brands I love, La Roche-Posay Anthelios Tinted SPF 50 Sunscreen on my face and doTERRA sun Body Mineral Sunscreen Spray.  

La Roche-Posay face sunscreen with broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection SPF 50 with iron oxides. Tinted mineral sunscreen that is non-greasy and fast absorbing texture with a matte finish.

The body spray is a mineral-based & vegan-friendly sun protection spray.  Full disclosure, personally sharing with you it will leave your skin on the "white" side when applying it, a little goes a long way.  Spray on hand, apply to skin!  I had to get used to it, but the scent hooked me. 

I am an essential oil lover, coupled with a blend of CPTG^® essential oil blends Frankincense, Helichrysum, and Carrot Seed & is unique in its own nature. 

This next product will surprise you for summer.  I recommend buying yourself some Organic Castor Oil! 

There are two brands I love, Queen of Thrones & Heritage Store.  

Queen of Thrones "was" owned and created by a naturopathic doctor.  Her name is Dr. Marisol Teijeiro ND - please follow her on Instagram, she gives amazing tips and tricks to using Castor Oil.  I believe she may have sold her brand and is now generically educating about the usage.  

Castor Oil is the ultimate carrier oil and because Castor Oil Packs are designed to sit directly on your skin, making sure to use natural materials that are free of synthetic fibers, chemicals, bleach and artificial colors.  

Before we get into the "packs" part, just get yourself a roll-on castor oil or bottle and apply as moisturizer on your face, hair follicles, and tummy to promote healthy digestion to name JUST a few!
