Whatever it is that people want to say about you, let them!
Kindly move out and LET THEM.
Truth is people know when there is friction, and the other truth is they do not care.
Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic when you get up.
When you realize this may be the case, That is powerful.
Let them go.
You can still be you just make sure you face situations from a distance.
Face it without expectation or questions as to why this person is "that" way.
Your story is yours to be made and be told, leave it there. Let them judge, talk, point whatever. Let them.
I was that kid managing a range of emotions in my teens from having to face a whole
cafeteria looking for one friend who looked my way to not being chosen on an athletic team or simply getting embarrassed for whatever reason. All that built up emotions remain unprocessed and carry over to our adulthood only to come out in other ways.
Lots of self reflection, wisdom and inner-body work has helped me learn this "LET THEM" theory ROCKS!
