I always aim between 4-10 quick tips each month at minimum to energize you and focus on tiny wins!
Take a read through and simply choose one each day you feel up to trying, if you have not done it already in your past.
If you see something new, I suggest starting with this one so that you can quickly build a habit to a new skill, tip or "thing" you have not ever done.
There is data around continuing to experiencing new things
daily helps challenge the right brain left brain skillset. Staying agile as you grow "younger" helps with mobility, strength and cognitive thinking.
